Inquest into the death of TJA.

Richard represented a national asphalting company in an inquest into the tragic death of an employee who was crushed by a site vehicle. Following the inquest, the Coroner issued a Regulation 28 (prevention of future deaths) report to the HSE regarding action over industry practice beyond the company’s procedures.
