Represented an NHS Trust in an inquest into the death of a 12 year old girl who died whilst resident at the Trust’s secure psychiatric facility. This Article 2 inquest engaged highly complex issues surrounding psychotic presentation in children and a missed diagnosis of autoimmune encephalitis in ML’s initial acute setting.
